Awards Day!

Last Friday was Calvary's awards day for the whole school. We were very excited to have two sons receive awards on this day. Jordan received an honor roll award for having a B+ and higher GPA for three or more quarters this school year and Taylor received the Timothy Award. The Timothy Award is based on I Timothy 4:12, "Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." This is given to two students per grade that best demonstrate this the whole year through. The whole family knew for almost two weeks and on Friday, Taylor thought the camera was for Jordan, who in his eyes, always gets awards. He was so surprised that he RAN like lightning to the front to receive his award! He was so fast that I didn't even get to snap a photo!!! Congratulations Taylor and Jordan....we are so very proud of you!
